Due to continually injuring myself, I was told to go and see Donna Lincoln by my osteopath at the time. He’d grown tiered of seeing me so regularly. I never saw him again. Not only did Donna’s advice and regular work and prevent me from injuring myself it actually changed my life completely. I saw her for around three to four years before not actually needing her due to understanding everything I was doing wrong. I followed everything she told me and the results have been life changing. She really knows her stuff but enjoys helping people. I’ll be forever in her debt for the help she gave to me and the help in fixing my broken body.
